MelodicDay strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. 
You must contact us at Service@melodicday.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification. 
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1. Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at Service@melodicday.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges for big sale or clearance item(s). Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

3. Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And we are not responsible for the return freight and shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the original shipping fee.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at Service@melodicday.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order.
  • For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight.(The reason for charging this fee is that we have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand
  • We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
  • Returns must be post marked within 60 days of the original order date.
  • Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer service to get it).
  • Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for big sale or clearance item(s).


Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
