This costume came with even MORE than I expected - in addition to the dress and headband, it also came with a hoop skirt, giant bow for the back, and clear straps to use if needed, and it arrived in a dress bag in a timely manner - less than a week! The quality is amazing and it fits very well: I am a size 6 and the medium is a bit snug in the corset, but this is exactly what I wanted (I have a small chest but if you are in between sizes, I would order a size up). It is also LONG, so plan to wear heels or have it altered unless you are very tall. One other note - it does not come with gloves, but I found some gold gloves to order separately. VERY WORTH IT!!!
